  • Custom software development projects once work has started.

  • Subscription-based services after the first 7 days of activation.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots or issue reports)

3. 7-Day Hold Period

Once a refund request is approved, it will be subject to a 7-day hold period before processing.
This period allows us to:

  • Verify product deactivation or account cancellation.
  • Ensure no further usage or data access occurs.
  • Confirm all financial and technical conditions are met.

After the 7-day hold period, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

  • Custom-developed software solutions or integrations.
  • Consulting, maintenance, or support services already rendered.
  • Third-party licenses or tools purchased on your behalf.
